Information: This is the presentation that the BCCC made to ICBC's Cycling Advisory Committee and will be making to the Ministry of Transportation's Provincial Advisory Cycling Committee on suggested changes to BC's Motor Vehicle Act. These are suggested changes only and are subject to change. These recommendations need to be taken in the context of the complete Motor Vehicle Act. We will continue to work with ICBC and the Minstry of Transportation on this issue, until the needed changes are made to BC's Motor Vehicle Act.
