Public Open Houses

There are many ways for you to provide your thoughts and feedback. You can also consider attending a public forum in your community.

The BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure will be hosting a number of public forums throughout January:

  • Tuesday, January 7 – Prince George
  • Wednesday, January 8 – Dawson Creek
  • Thursday, January 9 – Vancouver
  • Tuesday, January 14 – Cranbrook
  • Wednesday, January 15 – Nanaimo
  • Thursday, January 16 – Chilliwack

A Billion for Bikes - Cycling for Everyone Petition

I call upon the Government of BC to enable everyone in BC to cycle & walk in safety as part of their daily lives by implementing an Active Transportation Strategy that includes:

  • Investing $1 billion over the next ten years to:
    • Upgrade cycling & walking facilities on provincial roads & bridges
    • Complete cycling & walking networks in communities across BC
    • Provide safe routes to school for children
    • Build trails & routes for cycling & walking tourism
