Book Review

This is not your typical book on cycling - it was given to me by a good friend who is not a bike rider by any definition - but who long ago recognized my penchant for the activity and after reading it, provided me with a copy.

The book is wonderfully written. It's at some points iconoclastic, some points irreverent, often personal, but always full of the historical and educational origins, evolution and role of the bicycle in how (some worry, if, we are to survive). And it's just plain fun to read - whether you've some passion for the bike - but even if you've not.
