Have your say about the BC Budget

 

The Select Standing Committee on Finance and Government Services, a parliamentary committee of the Legislative Assembly, has announced details for this year’s provincial budget consultation.

The Committee will be holding several public meetings to hear from British Columbians about their priorities for the next provincial budget. The meetings are anticipated to take place in late May and June and will be a mix of in-person and virtual (video/teleconference) meetings.

The Committee expects to hold in-person meetings in the following communities:

• Campbell River
• Kitimat
• Dawson Creek
• Prince George
• Revelstoke
• Cranbrook
• Penticton
• Vancouver
• Abbotsford
• Victoria
• Richmond

British Columbians are asked to indicate their interest in speaking with the Committee by Thursday, March 30 at 2:00 p.m. (Pacific) by completing a request form on the Committee’s website:
